Large damask tablecloth - 2m x 4m10 - monogrammed BL, 1930

Large fine damask tablecloth, 2m X 4m10, monogrammed BL, ideal for ceremonies... It dates from the 1930s, the making being quite classic (the monograms are hand-embroidered, as are the hems which are hand-sewn), but the decoration is more modern than that of the tablecloths of the 19th century. The monograms are repeated symmetrically, twice, in the middle, in order to present in the center of the tablecloth a floral decoration or a dish. Very good condition.
