Glazed off-white slipware ceramic, produced in the 1970s. Oval basket with a relief woven design, imitating a traditional basket with intertwined strands and a twisted border. Two integrated side handles, also treated in a twisted style. The decoration is entirely modelled: an alternation of smooth bands and slightly raised strands, creating a regular yet lively weaving effect. The off-white glaze features subtle tonal variations that highlight the hollows and reliefs, adding depth to the piece. Dimensions: length 29 cm, width 21 cm, height 5.5 cm, height with handles 7 cm. Overall good condition. No chips noted. Light signs of use in the hollows of the decoration, consistent with age. Usage: table basket for fruits or bread, centrepiece, key holder, or decorative support for natural compositions.
