Antique plate Jules Vieillard David Johnson and Tonkin service cie circa 1850, blue and white décor

This plate is part of the tonkin service published by the factory of jules vieillard david johnson et cie around 1850 in bordeaux. It is a plate quite rare on the market, in fine earthenware with a decoration in shade of blue and white. The edge is slightly chantured with a pagoda and trees in the center. We find the traditional decoration of phoenixes, dragons, butterflies and a text cartridge with lantern. This rare plate is signed at 3 c and numbered 05; it is 20 cm in diameter.
