Vintage side table – 1950s/60s – burl wood & splayed legs

Charming little side table from the 1950s/60s, with a design typical of the period. The top is made of burl veneer with warm highlights and a highly decorative organic pattern. The compass legs, in dark-stained wood, give it a slender and elegant silhouette. The brass caps at the base of the legs perfectly complete the look. The table has a discreet drawer, practical for storing small items, accessories, notebooks, or remote controls. It slides smoothly, and the interior is clean. There are a few slight signs of age on the wood, consistent with its age, but the table remains stable and in very good overall condition.
