Large ceramic salad bowl by Robert Picault (1919-2000), Vallauris, 1960s. 12 cm high. 27.5 cm diameter. Robert Picault was a French ceramicist who worked in Vallauris, where he collaborated with Jean Derval, Roger Capron, and Pablo Picasso. An ideal size for a large salad. Good condition. The glaze is partially chipped on the underside; see photos.
