The fluted legs, typical of the Louis XVI style, are topped with sculpted capitals and fitted with delicate golden brass feet. A brass inlay runs around the entire perimeter of the frieze, adding a classic and refined touch. The cherry wood, with its golden blonde hue, offers a warm and luminous patina with subtle reflections. A slight stain in the centre of the top, consistent with the age of the piece, attests to its authenticity.
