Magnificent family cradle of old dark turned wood. This is a rocking model: the bassinet is fixed to its base and the whole gently rocks thanks to its curved feet (global rocking system like a rocking chair). The wooden structure is perfectly sound and stable and is sold with its removable wooden bow (crook). The large canopy and the frill have been entirely handmade to measure in white plumetis fabric (light veil sprinkled with small raised dots). A very careful family work, clean and in excellent condition. In addition to its aesthetic aspect, this enveloping drapery is ideal for protecting the baby from flying insects (mosquitoes, flies) during sleep. (A small note for assembly: in the outdoor photo, the top of the wooden bow has been positioned upside down, but the structure can be easily and correctly reassembled the right way up). This authentic piece of furniture has a unique charm and a very poetic silhouette.
