Louis XV style display cabinet, glass doors and chevron panels.

Display cabinet of a single body, in the Louis XV style: the upper part is glazed with three glass panels separated by moulded muntins, opening onto an interior with glass shelves; the lower part is closed with two doors featuring decorated panels in herringbone parquet, topped with relief floral motifs. Black serpentine handles in rococo style, exposed bronze hinges, sculpted cabriole legs, rounded cornice. A versatile display and storage piece: salon library, china cabinet, exhibition cupboard. Made in the late 20th century, wooden structure (uprights, muntins, legs) and varnished fronts — I could not certify the exclusive use of solid wood. Dimensions: W 85 × D 39.3 × H 150 cm. Condition: Some fine scratches on the glass shelves (photos); Slight crack on the edge of one door, without affecting stability (close-up photo); Wear and discolouration from use on the legs; Old circular stains on the top surface (photos); Tightening and hinges in good condition, doors aligned, key provided and functional.
