Vintage green glazed ceramic table set – Signature JG or

Magnificent complete vintage table set in bottle green / emerald green glazed ceramic. The pieces feature stunning relief patterns inspired by Art Deco / Mid-Century design. Exceptional feature: the set is sold complete in its original octagonal storage box, decorated with a beautiful period marbled paper (box dimensions: 23 X 23 cm, height 7 cm). Each significant piece bears an intertwined workshop monogram on the back (the initials appear to form a JG or JZ, signature to be identified, see photos). The set showcases a superb glossy glaze, aged beautifully over time (original crazing in the glaze), typical of this type of artisanal firing. The ceramic and its box are in very good condition, with no major chips. This complete set of 11 pieces includes: • 1 original octagonal storage box with its marbled lid. • 1 large octagonal trivet. • 2 matching circular bottle coasters or trivets. • 6 rectangular knife rests with scroll motifs. • 1 triangular napkin holder or utensil rest. An exceptional set, ideal for an elegant and refined table, to add a retro touch or for collectors of art ceramics. • Extremely careful and ultra-secure shipping (bubble wrap, cushioning, and reinforced cardboard) via Mondial Relay or Colissimo, or hand delivery.
