4 deep plates Digoin Sarreguemines – models Marinette & Adèle

Set of 4 antique deep plates from the Digoin Sarreguemines factory in France, consisting of three plates from the Marinette model and one plate from the Adèle model. A combination full of popular freshness, typical of French tables from the mid-20th century. The three Marinette plates feature a decoration of raspberry red and grey-blue roses, enhanced by a white graphic frieze on a gradient grey-blue background. The Adèle plate subtly contrasts with its large yellow-orange roses on a smoky grey background, in a more airy and romantic spirit. The set works particularly well despite the variation in models: the same decorative vocabulary, the same painted frieze patterns, and the same simple elegance of Digoin productions from this period. Stamped Digoin Sarreguemines. In beautiful vintage condition, with some light signs of age and small manufacturing irregularities, shiny (see photos). Diameter 22.5 cm, height 4 cm.
