Charming small wardrobe / bonnetière in solid pitch pine, hand-pyrographed with delicate floral patterns typical of the Art Nouveau period. This piece has genuine historical and sentimental value: it bears the engraved mention "March 1912" as well as the original initials MB, making it an authentic and unique piece of folk art. Thanks to its compact size, it will easily find a place in the home. Style: Folk Art / Art Nouveau (1900-1910) Material: Pitch Pine / Solid Wood. Details: Pyrographed floral patterns, internal shelves. Condition & Restoration details required: Structure & Wood: The piece is sold as is. The wood has already been fully treated with Xylophene for safety. Back panel: Shows several holes from woodworm of the period and ideally should be replaced or reinforced. Lock: The original lock is out of order and sold without a key (consider changing the lock or installing a small magnetic latch). A superb piece for discerning collectors, restoration enthusiasts, or lovers of authentic period patina!.
