Pair of Massive Belgium ceiling lights in pressed glass and gold metal – late 1960s

Pair of ceiling lights from Massive Belgium, dating from the late 1960s. Each light fixture consists of an imposing domed globe made of pressed transparent glass with a geometric diamond point design, mounted on a richly moulded gilded metal base. They are in very good condition. The glass is intact, with no chips or cracks. The metal shows some minor traces of paint at the junction with the ceiling and a consistent patina in line with its age, with no structural defects. The visible fixing systems on the reverse show slight differences, which do not affect their appearance once installed. As the wiring is old, a check and possible updating by a professional is recommended before installation. Dimensions: H24 × Ø21 cm approximately. Weight of the lot: 3.010 kg.
