Vintage Wall Shelf in Beech, Czechoslovakia, 1960s

Vintage wall shelf from the 1960s, probably designed and made in former Czechoslovakia. Made of beech with beautiful honey tones, it is distinguished by its slanted side supports that extend beyond the two shelves, giving the whole piece a graphic and almost sculptural silhouette. Its simple and geometric design makes it a beautiful piece of modernist design from Central Europe. Its compact dimensions allow it to be used for both books and for displaying ceramics, glass, or small objects. The shelf is in very good vintage condition, with slight signs of age and use. Its structure is solid and stable, and it is ready to be mounted on the wall.
