Pair of Limoges porcelain candlesticks with hand-decorated decoration – red and gold

Superb pair of hand-painted Limoges porcelain candlesticks. Richly decorated with flowers and gilded motifs on a carmine red and white background, enhanced with gold trim. Each candlestick has two arms and a removable lid on the central top. French work, signed France Décor Main, Limoges, circa 1950s-1970s. Elegant and refined pieces, ideal for a table, mantelpiece, or console table in a classic or eclectic style. Dimensions: Height: 18.5 cm. Width: 25 cm. Depth: 10.5 cm. Very good overall condition, with minor wear to the gilding consistent with age.
