Large set of antique French table consisting of a folding garden or dining table with two long benches, dating from around 1900–1920. Originally intended for communal meals, outdoor gatherings, village festivities, and seasonal dining in the French countryside. The table features a top made of solid pine boards with a beautiful patina and natural signs of age. The folding base is made of chestnut and includes three folding supports, secured with original iron reinforcements, allowing the table to be disassembled for transport and storage. The set includes two long benches, each with its own character and composition: one bench made of poplar, the other of pine with a patinated burgundy red finish. Ideal as a garden table, outdoor dining set, farmhouse table, or for event spaces. Good antique condition with age-related wear, surface marks, and patina. Historical woodworm holes may be present, but all furniture showing signs of woodworm activity is treated before sale. Details. Origin: France. Period: circa 1900–1920.
