Superb and rare display with telescopic hat xixth signed V. N siegel paris 19 rue réaumur, adjustable in height. Important height! Made of brass or bronze, it was used as a display in stores at the time. Octagonal foot weighted in cast iron. All parts are original. In excellent condition. It is noted, however, that the telescopic rod can be detached from the base. Height at lowest: 33cm. Height at highest: 59cm. Depth: 9.5cm.
