Cerdazur handcrafted vase made in Monaco and then sold in Nice. Dates from the 1960s. For the record, this type of creation was contemporary with Vallauris ceramics, which were mostly in green and red tones at the time. Monaco then stood out with pastel tones while still adopting the same slightly kitsch aesthetic and marine decorations reminiscent of the Côte d'Azur. These vases were intended for tourist souvenir shops. They were all made and painted by hand, sometimes signed. This example still bears the mark of the store from the time. NB: An angel hair is only visible on the top but does not interfere with the use of the vase to hold flowers, nor the decorative dimension of the object. The price takes this defect into account despite everything.
