Arne Vodder desk in rosewood and leather Sibast Denmark 1960

Stunning refined executive desk designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast, Denmark 1960. A beautiful example of Danish Modern craftsmanship, it combines luxurious materials with Vodder’s characteristic sense of proportion and detail. The rectangular top features a black leather inlay that offers a soft contrast to the richly grained rosewood frame. The patinated leather gives the desk an elegant, understated presence while providing a tactile and durable work surface. Beneath the top, two drawer modules float lightly within the frame, each fitted with Vodder’s distinctive square metal handles. The desk stands on subtly oval-shaped legs, a detail that softens the geometry of the piece and highlights the precision of the cabinetmaking.
