Series of 20 modernist plates Faïencerie de Castres

Magnificent suite of modernist plates from the castres earthenware factory. 10 flat plates diameter 22cm only. The Hollow Plates were removed from the lot following an agreement with the buyer. Very rare model can produce, and of which I found little information, they would date from the 20s, art deco, we are on a restricted production because the earthenware factory closed its doors definitively in the 30s following economic difficulties. These plates are unique, because no décor is alike, and also, the hues are altered by time, so you will have plates that turn from cream to beige, with small halo type spots. Personally this is what I like the most, the experience of the material and this unique side that they have. No defects to report, no shine, nor fels, they are really in very good condition.
