Small vintage storage unit in teak and teak veneer, made in the Netherlands by Kempkes Meubelfabrieken, in Waddinxveen 1960. This piece still bears its original label on the back, Kempkes Meubelfabrieken N.V. Waddinxveen Holland, confirming its manufacture. It belongs to the Formule Meubelen range, an iconic collection of the Dutch manufacturer, developed from the 1950s and particularly representative of Dutch Mid-Century furniture from the 1960s. Its design is characteristic of this period with its clean lines, tapered legs, and beautiful teak veneer grain. The unit consists of an open niche in the upper part and a storage space closed by a door in the lower part. The interior is equipped with a removable shelf, allowing for adaptable storage space. A particularly interesting format: shallow and easy to integrate, it can be used as a small side table, bar unit, storage unit, bookshelf, or living room furniture. A beautiful piece of Dutch vintage design, both decorative and functional. Manufacturer: Kempkes Meubelfabrieken N.V.
