Vintage design. Minimalist suspension by the Danish manufacturer Lys, designed by Asger Bay Christiansen in the 1960s. A functional design. A simple pendant lamp reduced to the essentials. Pure Scandinavian minimalism. The body of the lamp consists solely of the ceramic socket on the base plate and a reflective ring suspended by three thin rods. The ring conceals the bulb's filament, thus preventing direct glare. The light is reflected inside the ring and the base plate. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of use and patina. The cable of this item may be original and could require replacement, unless stated otherwise.
