Brazilian Midcentury Modern Armchair in Original Fabric, c1950s

This chair is a wonderful example of Brazilian design history. Offered here in its original 1950s upholstery, it resembles works of Joaquim Tenreiro and Geraldo Barros. Similar armchairs furnish the president’s Juscelino Kubitschek’s home in Belo Horizonte.
