Rare enamelled ceramic wall plaque The Argonauts Vallauris-Galion

Magnificent enamelled wall plaque from the legendary workshop Les Argonautes (Vallauris, 1950s-1960s), created by Isabelle Ferlay and Frédérique Bourguet. Authentic piece in excellent original condition: No cracks, no chips, polychrome enamels (deep blue, green, white, brown) perfectly intact and vibrant. Very decorative motif: a beautiful galleon (sailing ship) with fine details and bright colours typical of the mid-century era. Signed on the back "Les Argonautes" (incised into the material, as usual). Original hook integrated for immediate wall hanging. Dimensions: approximately 19 cm in height × 9.5 cm in width × 1.5 cm in thickness (ideal size for vintage wall decor without taking up too much space). Superb collectible item from Vallauris, 50s-60s style, marine ambiance and retro chic decor. Perfect for a French ceramic collection, an original gift, or to enhance a living room/kitchen wall! Photos of the front, back (signature), edge, and hook included. #Vallauris #LesArgonautes #IsabelleFerlay #Ceramics #Vintage #MidCenturyDecor #WallPlaque.
