Beautiful antique desk in Louis XVI style, probably from the late 19th or early 20th century. A large top with a black leather writing pad, decorated with gilding. Five drawers, including one central drawer, with brass handles. Tapered legs ending in metal caps. A lovely patina on the wood, which appears to be walnut or another stained hardwood. In good condition with some normal signs of age.
