Antique Art Nouveau barber's triptych mirror in nickel-plated metal with an ivory back, by Le Solide Paris, circa 1900, in good condition. Weighing 2.7 kg, this Art Nouveau mirror is beautifully crafted; the mirrors are intact, although speckled here and there. The nickel-plated frame displays a beautiful patina. It is signed "déposé GB PARIS" on the clasp. The heavy, offset hinges are solid and refined. The ivory backs with their typical Art Nouveau plant motifs on the exterior panels are in beautiful condition and absolutely magnificent. The center panel, reminiscent of copper leaf, is clean. Each panel measures 30 X 24 cm; the entire panel measures 30 X 77 cm when unfolded.
