Pair of vintage folding chairs in smoked perspex and white lacquered metal, model Plia designed by Giancarlo Piretti, produced by the Italian company Anonima Castelli circa 1960 in good condition. They are very clean, although one shows slight paint loss at the bottom. They are complete, with all original pads present. The unique feature of this chair is its clever aluminium joint connecting the seat, backrest, and legs, allowing the chair to occupy a very small space (only 5cm) when folded. The seat is sturdy. The original label can be found under one of the two, stating Plia Italy. One chair measures 75cm in height, 43cm for the seat, 47cm in width, and 50cm in depth.
