Landscape painter born on december 12, 1845 in moirans (isère), victor barjon was a pupil of jacques achard. Settled in lyon in 1877, he debuted at the salon de lyon the same year with "dans le ruisseau de morges à moirans" In 1907 he obtained a second medal at the salon de lyon.
