Hoop lounge chair by Werther Toffoloni & Piero Palange, cognac leather

Rare vintage G23 Hoop lounge chair designed by Werther Toffoloni and Piero Palange in Italy during the 1970s. The chair features a black lacquered wooden frame combined with cognac saddle leather. The heavy stitching details highlight the craftsmanship and give the chair its distinctive character. Its sculptural shape makes it a great example of Italian postmodern design. In very good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. The leather has developed a beautiful natural patina over the years. A rare and decorative collector’s piece from the 1970s.
