Photophore from the icelandic ceramic workshop glit pottery and dated from the 1960s to the 1970s. Founded and directed by artist ragnar kjartansson from 1958 to 1973, the studio used volcanic clay and other volcanic rocks and minerals in the production of its distinctive ceramics. Singular and modernist piece, unique piece. Very good condition, can be installed or suspended. Height: 17cm.
