Set of two "twisted" candlesticks, made of steel. Design by mikaela dörfel for menu, denmark. They are inspired by a dancing couple and can be placed in several different ways, each giving the candlesticks a new look. One candlestick is labelled "menu". The other candlestick is labelled "design: mikaela dörfel". These candlesticks have been used, but are generally in good condition, with single signs of use and a small peeling along the edge where the candles should sit, see last picture please. This is the very rare turquoise colour, and it is the first time we have found a pair in this colour (original lacquer) These candlesticks are no longer produced, and are therefore a very sought after piece of danish design. The candlesticks are about 32 cm high, 5 cm in diameter and weigh about 1 kilo. So beautiful and stylish. Packaged securely and shipped with insurance. Shipping eu = free. Shipping uk = €25.
