Rare and imposing wall trophy of a bull or Minotaur in woven polychrome wicker, handcrafted in France, circa 1950-1960. Superb original polychromy combining black wicker, natural horns, green eyes, and touches of reddish-orange on the snout. The model is very similar to an example presented by the Galerie Stimmung as a work from the Côte d’Azur around 1950, in the spirit of Mediterranean creations from Vallauris. Excellent condition, without restoration. Dimensions: H 40 × W 37 × D 20 cm.
