Elegant pair of cylindrical vases in earthenware with polychrome floral decoration, in a style typical of European productions (probably English) from the first half of the 20th century. Refined decoration featuring wild rose flowers in soft shades of pink, yellow, and green, on an ivory/cream background. The naturalistic treatment and pastel palette evoke the decorative productions of the late Art Deco period. The elongated cylindrical shape (cylindrical vases) offers a beautiful decorative presence, ideal for a vintage or chic country interior. Impressed signature under the base: monogram in the shape of a cursive letter "D" accompanied by a shape number. 📏 Height: 26 cm. 📏 Diameter: 11.5 cm. ⚖️ Total weight: 1.938 kg. 📦 Condition: good state of preservation. Slightly faded gilded rim, original irregularities, missing enamel at the base for one. 🗓 Period: circa 1930–1950. 🌍 Origin: Europe, probably England. In the style of English productions like Royal Winton. Elegant and harmonious decorative set, sold as a pair.
