Superb holophane brand applique or ceiling. Diameter 29 cm X 9.5 cm thick. Frosted glass, type of fresnel lens inscription "holophane 4487". Black lay metal. Indirect lighting by opalin glass from below. I attach a second applicator identical visually, if you like for the same price because cracked underneath but not visible once installed on the wall (see photos).
