4 English ceramic mugs from the 70s

This cheerful set of english mugs is a mid century aviemore pottery scotland production from which we can guess the stamp underneath. Very modern in spirit with their pastel shades, their magnificent matte glaze treatment, their random spirals on an anise green/ochre/purple/pale blue background, like a mixture of white in the paint pot. They have the charms of the years, irregularities (the bottom of the blue mug reveals the earth under the enamel), cracks from wear but no cracks (a small loss under the base of the purple mug). They are really very decorative on a shelf, beautiful tableware with character, unique and authentic. Dimensions: h 7.5 - d 7 - l 10 cm.
