Set of 2. Vintage Cesca chairs were designed by Marcel Breuer and manufactured in the 1970s. White wooden frame, cane backrest, chrome tubular base, and full white wooden seat. It was designed in 1928, and at that time, it was the first such tubular-steel frame caned seat type of chair that was mass-produced. One of the original ones from that time sits in MoMA. It is known as one of the most important chairs of the 20th century. Price is for a set of 2. If you wish to buy separately, please contact us. The chairs are in original vintage condition with original patina. There are some scratches on the wooden frame of the backrests and some minor ones on the chrome.
