Two-seater basket bench in carved dark wood with a grey patina and decorated with leaves and scrolls, featuring a curved oval backrest upholstered in beige metis and trimmed with ecru braid, continuing with two full armrests upholstered in the same manner as the backrest, a rounded oval seat, a carved wooden belt, and ending with four fluted tapered legs. Stable and sturdy, this basket bench, estimated to be from the 18th century, is in good overall condition as we have fully cleaned it and replaced the original fabric with an antique beige metis and an ecru finishing braid. We note signs of wear such as scratches, minor accidents, and old traces of restorations in the wood that contribute to its authentic patina. Ideal for a living room, bedroom, or library, this bench will add a classic and vintage touch to your decor.
