Set of 6 chairs in Brutalist style / Georges Robert

Set of 6 rustic French chairs attributed to Georges Robert, circa 1950. Stained solid wood, straw seats. Models with cylindrical legs and curved backs with 3 rungs. In the stylistic spirit of the Brutalist movement as well as the works of Charlotte Perriand, Charles Dudouyt, Artisans de Marolles… Very good overall condition, beautiful aged patina, stable and robust structure. Please note, simply a straw seating in used condition, but still largely functional as is, no holes or sagging (see the photos where the straw seating is visible, knowing that the 6 seats are similar in terms of condition). The last photo in the gallery illustrates the underside of a seat, with the seats being removable. Chairs cleaned and waxed for the occasion...
