Danish Mid-Century Lounge Chair by Erhardtsen & Andersen Beautiful and characterful Danish lounge chair by Erhardtsen & Andersen, dating from the mid-20th century. The chair has a wonderfully sculptural silhouette, with a generously upholstered seat and curved backrest combined with elegant, elongated wooden armrests. The angled supports and tapered legs give the chair a light and dynamic expression typical of Scandinavian design from the 1960s. Recently upholstered in high quality lambs skin/wool in a beautiful grey/brown color called ‘Moon’, which creates a beautiful contrast to the warm-toned teak details. The buttoned backrest adds a subtle classic detail while maintaining the chair’s clean, organic appearance.
