The butterfly lounge chair, a dutch design favorite, was designed by gerard van den berg for montis and first produced in the 1980s. The chair includes a black leather seat hanging from a silver aluminum frame. The leather seat cover/cushion is filled with foam, and rests on a strong woven net that is attached to the frame. The result. A lightweight, yet robust chair that offers exceptional comfort and can be moved around easily. Designer / producer: 'butterfly chair' by gerard van den berg for montis, 1980s. Dimensions: 100cm wide X 88cm deep X 77cm high X 40cm seat height. Condition: in very good vintage condition, with user marks appropriate for the age of the item.
