Mid-century Armchair Type 300-110 by GFM, Poland, 1960s

Armchair type 300-110, manufactured in the Gościcińska Furniture Factory, Poland in the 1960s. This is a rare model, also produced in a version with removable armrests and transformed into a modular sofa. Reupholstered with a refined piping running along the edge, which emphasises the shape of the seat. Turned legs and armrests are made of solid beech wood. There are few models that, like 300-110, constitute the essence of the style of the sixties. It is worth paying attention to the balanced proportions of the armchair, a massive comfortable seat set on slender legs tapering downwards. Reupholstered seat in navy blue fabric with white geometric pattern (100% linen fabric).
