Sculptural vase "Victorian Hand" in frosted moulded glass — 19th century

Elegant piece of French glassware from the late 19th century / early 20th century. This satin-frosted glass soliflore vase features an elegant hand holding a fluted and scalloped horn, resting on a lobed base. It takes up the iconic romantic motif of the "held hand, " very popular during the Second Empire and the Art Nouveau period (similar to the creations of the glassworks of Portieux and Legras).
