French Art Nouveau Majolica Earthenware Vases ca. 1900

Rare pair of Art Nouveau glazed vases made of crackled majolica earthenware, polychrome design, soft colors typical of the Art Nouveau period, floral and organic decoration of flowers and leaves, numbered 1337/2 on the bottom, France, circa 1900. Characteristics of the Art Nouveau style are the organic, flowing lines and floral motifs. The colors are pastel, with pink and red flowers on a light blue, pink, and green background. These vases are in good antique condition, with signs of age and use consistent with their age and material. Not entirely perfect, but that's unlikely. There is a chip from the rim of the opening of one vase, an old attempt at repair with a type of glue. The other vase is undamaged. Check the photos for more details! Dimensions: 18x16x32cm each.
