Armchair by Finn Juhl 1954

This teak armchair was designed in 1954 by finn juhl and was the first design to be produced for him by the renowned cabinetmakers france and son. This is the early model that dismantles without screws so it could be easily packed for export. Highly desirable model and exceptional craftsmanship this chair has been restored where necessary and fully re finished and new cushions covered in charcoal grey fabric, one coil spring has been replaced. There are a few indentation marks around where your hands would sit. Makers labels under seat. Age: 1954. Style: mid century modern. Material: teak -wool. Origin: denmark. Condition: very good.
