End 19th ANTIQUE-ART BATHROOM FURNITURE with TILTING BASIN FLOWERED earthenware

Late 19th rare antique bathroom sink unit. With tilting basin vintage flowered earthenware. Brand: b m et cie toilets and washbasins paris, Registered models. Period 1890/ 1900 post art deco. This beautiful vanity unit, antique utility of the end of the 19th century, had its place in the bathrooms of the beautiful parisian districts around 1890! It is built in varnished wood satin waxed "teak of java", its top in brown / brown marble and veins, is in very good condition (no cracks). This atypical piece of furniture beautiful work by its quality of manufacture was, with others, a recognized herald of the art deco delicacy that will arrive a few years later at the beginning of the 20th century and the belle époque! Internally, a white earthenware receptacle. (operational period plumbing and siphon) is topped by a beautiful tilting basin in white earthenware (in very good condition), artistically decorated and finely flowered that helps to give the magical tone of the sweetness 1900. Two doors and 2 small drawers lined with art deco fabrics, (which medal 4 decorated art nouveau earthenware buttons) glorify the façade!
