Dsx chair by Charles Eames for Herman Miller, 1970

Legendary eames dsx chair (dining side chair x-base). This is a rare version from 1960-1970 where herman miller produced the chairs and vitra europe broadcast them. The dark brown fiberglass shell, black hopsak fabric, legs and leather seams are in very beautiful condition. "h" base in chrome steel and shock mounts original. Stamped by the publisher. Herman miller and vitra logo molded in fiber. (witness of the association hermann miller and vitra in the 1970s for production in germany for the european market) The chair, fully padded, is made of molded polyurethane foam, covered with black hopsack fabric and attached to the shell.
