Mid Century Freestanding Rosewood Desk Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik, 1960s

This desk designed kai kristiansen and manufactured by feldballes møbelfabrik in denmark in the 1960s. It is a good example of high quality materials and manufacturing. This desk is made out of rosewood and is freestanding thanks to the finished backside with an open storage area. The front features two drawer modules with three drawers each. The rosewood elements have been cleaned and painted in an rosewood mordant and polished with a semi-gloss lacquer.
