Lafuma folding chair 1968

Lafuma folding chair, chantazur model, which when folded, has a minimal footprint (only 5 or 6 cm thick, it slips everywhere!). In addition, it dates back to before 1968: it is attested by a label still present on the frames of two other chairs identical to this one that I own (see my shop), where you can read the word "patent s.g.d.g", a mention that disappeared in 1968. But on this chair, the label is no longer present. We also see a difference in structure with similar models: the presence of a reinforcement bar that also acts as a foot rest and gives a nice design to the chair, even folded. And small detail that has its charm: the fabric of the back is studded. The structure is made of gold tubular metal. The seat and back are padded and covered with a thick upholstery fabric with floral motifs, original if I believe what I saw on the web!! (frankly, I couldn't believe it, I was convinced it had been retaped!!).this chair is still strong and stable. It is in good structural condition but shows signs of its 50s well packed: various spots and scratches on the structure and the golden paint is absent on the footrest (light picketing of rust, superficial). The fabric has a few small spots, and the light parts are a little "darkened", soiled by years of use (i did only a cleaning of the structure, I did not dare to wash the fabric). It is a little elit in general, and more damaged on the right front corner of the seat (a few wires pulled, see photo of the corner in question). Unfolded, this chair measures 80 cm in height at the back, the footprint is 46 cm wide and 44 cm deep. The seat is about 43 cm high. When folded, it is 5 or 6 cm thick, 96 cm long and 46 cm wide. She weighs about 4 kg.
