Decanter and 4 ceramic & leather cups, 1950 from Artesania Raymon, Spain

Quite atypical creation made and signed by the spanish ceramist artesania raymon in the 50s. the artist's work is double because he covered his ceramics with a brown leather, tanned and patinated, a bit like a 2nd skin: ). it's original, authentic and a brutalist brown, it's beautiful! I can see it having its place on a buffet enfilade in the spirit of scandinavian or industrial design. Pitcher height: 21 cm, width 12 cm. Height glass / cup: between 6, 5 and 7 cm, it depends on the glass because of artisanal manufacture, their size is not quite the same. Note: a slight scratch of the leather at the handle, but this does not detract from this singular object. This service has been handcrafted which makes each piece unique with its irregularities and rough edges.
