Louis XVI style bed, late nineteenth century

Solid mahogany bed, marquetry decorations and bronze falls. Marquetry of different wood species, floral motifs and ribbons. Head and bottom of bed decorated with chiseled and gilded bronze pieces. Bronze inserts on the edge of the bottom of the bed. Very good condition for this antique furniture, beautiful finishes, many details. Natural patina, the bronzes are intact and shiny, the marquetry complete, no lack. Suitable for a box spring in 140x190. Sold without the box spring.
