Late 19th century Baluch rug 114x200

Very old Baloch carpet from the end of the 19th century, almost a century and a half old... Sienna colored and slightly orange from the iron oxides and ochres present on site. Pattern of stylized dragons all around and trees of life inside. Goat wool weft ending in button fringe and very tight knotting 380,000 knots m2. Fairly approximate dimensions ranging from 108 to 114 cm wide and 190 long without fringes and 200 with them. Very good general condition considering the period, general wear throughout and original unconsolidated borders (see photos).
